Forms for exercising the consumer's right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is a regulation that protects the consumer in electronic commerce. It allows the buyer to cancel the purchase of a product or service online within a certain period, without having to provide any reason and without penalty. This period is commonly 14 days from receipt of the product (including digital content) or from the conclusion of the contract for services.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to cancel the purchase. This can be done through explicit communication, such as a letter, email or phone call. Once the withdrawal has been exercised, the seller is required to refund all payments received, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. The consumer must return the product (if physical) to the seller and may be required to cover the direct costs of the return.

For digital content purchased online, such as videos contained in streaming or downloading, the right of withdrawal has a specific exception. The consumer can normally withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as for physical products. However, this right is lost when the download or streaming of the digital content begins, before 14 days.

This exception is motivated by the fact that once downloading or streaming begins, the content is “consumed” or used in a form that cannot be returned. Therefore, the consumer, at the time of purchase (or even subsequently or previously), must be informed and explicitly accept that, by starting the download or streaming, he will lose his right of withdrawal.

In our case: when you purchase digital content online and click on the link or access the streaming content directly, you are effectively executing the purchase contract. This action, if it takes place before the standard 14 day period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires, implies your awareness and acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal as soon as streaming begins.

At the time of purchase, on the web pages of our site it is clearly indicated that with such conduct you waive the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation via email certifying your consent to start downloading/streaming before the end of the withdrawal period and your acceptance of the resulting loss of this right.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (at the headquarters of the company Tanox Productions Kft., VAT/VAT number: 32362604, with registered office in Budapest (Hungary) – 1162, Mókus utca 14/A, e- email info@siffredi.academy, tel. +36 20 200 3112) of your decision to withdraw from the contract (i.e.: order linked to the contract) through an explicit declaration (for example letter sent by post or e-mail). To this end, you can use the standard withdrawal form attached here, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract (i.e., order linked to the contract), in the presence of the above-mentioned requirements, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us regarding the order for which you exercised the withdrawal, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

In the case of lawful exercise of the right of withdrawal, concerning Services (digital or otherwise) or Digital Contents, as these services or contents are not “returnable” due to their format (e.g. digital), it is understood that they will no longer be returned to you. access to them is available; furthermore, in the case of any downloaded Content, you undertake not to make any use of it other than by deleting the files obtained (in any possible reproduced copy of the same), thus considering any further different use of them illicit.
